Got there late and no one was at desk for 20 minutes so we had to wait outside. Then because of construction, and poor parking of others, we couldn’t find parking spot and had to park in a questionable spot. Room was fine and breakfast was as expected - though coffee was very weak. Location was food. Once construction is complete, it would be great.

Nice park-side location. About a 15 minute walk to downtown and restaurants. They have their own parking, so that is convenient. The "king size" beds seemed rather small to us.

The room was very clean. The lobby and facilities do need work. One of the elevators was out of order, strong smells in the hallways as well but not inside the room. There was no lotion and just one small bar of soap in the bathroom so make sure to bring your own toiletries. Plenty of towels though!

Not a fan of the parking lot. ³Room was great and shower was nice. No soap tho in the shower. Glad I brought my own shower stuff. My friend however didnt have soap. Air conditioner did not work only worked on fan. Also had to clean the AC filters the fan was barely blowing. But the room itself was nice and bathroom. Beds were comfy. Clean sheets etc...

room was clean. I liked the walk-in shower with the entry grab bar. TV worked ok. . The air conditionaer needed to be serviced. It was so noisy at times I had to turn it off... then of course the room heated up. I suggest you WASH all windows inside and out. that would have given me pleasant view of Forman Park, Breakfast was fine , substantial. Ate there both days. Biggest issue for me was the parking situation. especially for someone who is handicapped. If you can fix this, it would be a BIG impact on your business and repeat users.

1. Booking staff made some mistake and we had to wait for longer time on the day of check-in 2. Hotel rooms are very good 3. Breakfast included with the stay but it was available for first day only (we stayed 2 days). but on the day of departure (2nd day) it was so disappointing and we were struggling to find the breakfast and the staff was not available to cooperate it 4. On the 5 floor hotel, only 1 lift was working due to hotel was going under renovation

Classic older hotel. Centrally located with quick access from the highway. Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Lots of free hotel parking in rear. Property is undergoing renovations in preparation for new ownership but we didn't notice. Huge room. Double shower heads were bonus. Forgot an item in the lobby and staff ran out to the parking lot to hand it to us. Will stay again.
