We enjoyed our stay at the Auburn Holiday Inn. The check in process smooth and we found all the staff helpful and friendly. The breakfast groupons offered at time of booking our room seemed to be a great choice. We really enjoyed our breakfast choices and the food was very good.

The staff was very helpful. The facility was well kept. The beds were very comfortable. On the negative side, however, the restaurant was not open for some reason on our first night, and the bar was not open for all of the advertised hours. Also the pool was closed for maintenance for our first night

This is an excellent hotel in the Finger Lakes. The staff is friendly and helpful. I really liked the indoor atrium and pool, which was a different look. The one thing I didn’t like were the barn doors on the bathroom. I hate this trend as it makes things very uncomfortable with respect to bathroom privacy (no locks and gaps in the door). Otherwise, I highly recommend this property.
