Fantastic place! Clean and neat. Conveniently located in East Syracuse right off of Carrier Circle. The Syracuse Airport is close by. Friendly, welcoming, accommodating staff. Excellent free coffee in the morning. Plenty of free parking. I always felt safe and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Get what you pay for - low budget hotel. First impression is not great. Building looks ok but guests outside looked sketchy. Front desk staff was nice, efficient, friendly. Hallways and common areas are “trying hard” to be nice but have a long way to go (carpets worn and stained). Elevator to second and third floors was worrisome - duct tape holding one panel on. Stairs did not make us feel comfortable. However … once in our room, the furniture looked pretty new, and the comforter and sheets looked clean. King bed, 3 pillows. Duvet did not have a cover on it. Towels are thin. Entry mirror had a cracked frame, window was cracked, but curtains worked pretty well. Sink/vanity are outside the bathroom which makes it nice for getting ready with others in the room. Shower surround looked new, tub was older. Shower head had multiple settings. Water was hot. Coffee maker in the room, but no cups.

When you pull in there are signs reading “police friendly hotel”, that was red flag number one. This place was dirty from the time you enter. The lady who checked us in was so sweet and my review has no bearing on her whatsoever. When we FINALLY got checked in as there were also booking issues; our room was smelly, dirty and just disgusting. We immediately handed our keys back in to front desk and left. This place needs an overhaul.
