We've stayed here a few times and it's always clean, pleasant, and enjoyable. The breakfast is small but perfect - fresh bagels and pastries, the waffle maker, cereals. They have hot coffee and tea out all the time and we really appreciate the afternoon pick-up. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Our favorite part is enjoying a delicious and satisfying steak at the restaurant, then being able to walk to the room. It's just perfect!

Breakfast isn’t great and often cold, coffee is great tho. Staff throughout the inn are fantastic. From cleaning staff to front desk to breakfast. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Sound insolation isn’t great so you hear hallways, neighbours and outside pedestrians very easily. Room is comfortable.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was typical and mediocre, but free. Lobby area small and cramped- not cozy. Fridge in room didn't work. Clean enough, but not very clean. Maneuvering in and out with any amount of luggage was challenging given the unshoveled ramps, tiny carts and only one small elevator off the lobby. Best part was convenience to local shopping.

The staff at this Craftsman Inn are the stars at a great facility! Each and every one there is eager to make your stay the very best and they succeed! Whether it’s the Front Desk, the breakfast area, or simply needing special accommodations, if they are able to make it happen, they will! The property also has a wonderful restaurant on site plus access to a variety of stores in the immediate area. While we live within 50 miles of the Inn, I’m already thinking of reasons to return for another stay!

I was yelled at by a woman in food service. It wasn’t even 10am and she said we’re closing and don’t eat. I was just getting coffee. She was so rude. I’ll never go there again and I sent a lot of people to that hotel. Get rid of that animal!
