“El hotel me ha encantado está muy bien cuidado y situado en la zona centro de Cardiff ideal si lo que buscas es moverte por la ciudad. La habitación que me ha tocado estaba muy bien y tenía buenas vistas. El desayuno estaba muy bien. Recomendable 100%”

“Aircon was a bit noisy in the room, pool And sauna were closed for refurbishment and don’t seem to have read this prior to booking?”

“buena ubicación y desayuno, pero la presión del agua fatal, casi no te podías duchar nos estábamos en la planta 4 y apenas salia agua caliente. El parking es en la calle y sólo hasta las 8:00am, luego te tienes que buscar la vida y quitar el coche de la calle.”

“Would have been 5 stars but breakfast let it down.You have to go over the main road for it which isn’t ideal. Also we had to wait 50 minutes for our breakfast to arrive. In the establishments defence it was a car rally day and they were frantically busy. But as we wanted to get on our way it was frustrating.”

“The room had bed bugs. The receptionist was extremely nice and helped us with a refund. The rooms are decent for a one to two night stay and looked clean. When we removed the sheets, they were stained with a brownish color and bed bugs starting crawling from the carpet. Nice staff but the amenities were not clean. They tried to accommodate us to another room but the other beds were also stained and had a humid smell.”
