Quite simple but perfectly nice enough; bed was extremely comfortable for me which is the main thing. Staff were all very nice, and I enjoyed my breakfast (some sort of veggie sausage wouldn’t go amiss but not a massive deal).

This hotel was in an amazing location, right in the middle of the main shopping district. Room was very clean (pretty sure new carpet had recently been installed!). The continental breakfast was plentiful, and it even had some gluten free bread which was so nice. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful. Great stay overall.

Hd a quick stopover, and the hotel was clean and as expected. The team at the front desk were very helpful with check in and also directions and ideas for local food places as we had got in late. The room was clean and the best part was the addition of the car park which was safe and secure.

The room had a funky smell. It wasn't the greatest. The staff were helpful. I do believe since Leonardo have taken over Jury's Inn, the standards have slipped massively. I should have stayed in a Premier Inn

I was very pleasantly surprised by the Leonardo Cardiff. We were checked in by the lovely Joanna, who is fantastic. The hotel was spotless, not ultra modern but for its age and character it was faultless. The breakfast is extremely good value for money and the food was excellent. The room amenities were also excellent, there was a mini fridge, iron and ironing board, safe and hairdryer. Large desk and vanity area. The beds were really comfy. I’d definitely recommend staying here and I’d be more than happy to stay again. We also had a room upgrade which was a nice surprise.
