Twin room was perfect for our stay. It was clean and really spacious. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Hotel is well located for anything you might want to do and see in Cardiff.

Excellent modern and clean room. Central location just five minutes walk away from the castle. It is on the main shopping street .The entrance is via the arcade. Nearest train station is Queen Street station,only a six mins walk- it is 5 mins train ride to Cardiff Bay from there.

Lovely room, clean, modern and comfortable. Only one negative and that was that we were three adults, but supplies were only for two. We rang reception for an extra bath towel and tea mug, which was promptly supplied and decided to manage without full quota of everything else.

my room was great. soundproofing in rooms was excellent (i was on the third floor). couldn't hear anything from the main street down below. close to major attractions as well as right in the city center, so lots of options for food and shopping. staff was friendly and professional. would definitely stay here again

Chose the hotel for proximity to Cardiff Castle as we were seeing a concert there. So perfect for that along with ncp parking right next door. So for those reasons it’s great. However I wouldn’t go there for aesthetic reasons, weird decor, soulless corridors, in miserable precinct. Staff adorable though.

We stayed at this hotel in order to visit the National Museum which is nearby. It is also close to Queen Street station. We enjoyed the overall ambience of the hotel and particularly liked the restaurant and the roof top bar. The staff of the restaurant/bar provided excellent service at dinner and breakfast. The range of choices available for breakfast was excellent. Our stay coincided with the heatwave but the room was air conditioned and cool.

What a wonderful hotel, made extra special by the amazing staff. From the lovely welcome by Callum and Nathan on to any and everyone who made the stay personal, professional and caring. Great room, wonderful feeling of wales, and little touches like rocking chair. Perfect breakfast with both buffet and à la cart, and walking distance from anything you want. Thank you! We’ll be back.

A little hidden gem of a hotel. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Quirky decor, lovely rooms with large bathroom and shower. Parking was easy in the nearby Greyfriars car park and the hotel give you a code to get the parking half price (£17 for 24 hours). Will definitely be back!
