Good hotel, very central. Staff were really welcoming and helpful. Hotel is down an old Arcade off Queen Street. Breakfast was up in the restaurant which was a lovely light filled space. Many rooms have windows but a frosted so no views due to position I guess. Overall great for a short stay.

Above average in every way. I wasn't a huge fan of the twin bed comfort. It was a bit bouncy. But everything else was just fine and the room was spacious. It's located right in Honda City Center so you have easy access to all the attractions or restaurants around it

Lovely room, clean, modern and comfortable. Only one negative and that was that we were three adults, but supplies were only for two. We rang reception for an extra bath towel and tea mug, which was promptly supplied and decided to manage without full quota of everything else.

Great stay at indigo, staff were really helpful and room was beautiful. The best hotel I've stayed at in Cardiff. Only one thing i found disappointing and that's you have to pay £16.95 for breakfast whether you are a solo traveller or a couple. It would be nice if there was a individual breakfast price.

Chose the hotel for proximity to Cardiff Castle as we were seeing a concert there. So perfect for that along with ncp parking right next door. So for those reasons it’s great. However I wouldn’t go there for aesthetic reasons, weird decor, soulless corridors, in miserable precinct. Staff adorable though.
