Stayed for one night for my sons graduation at the millennium centre, very nice ,spacious room , welcoming staff,restaurant is nice food was lovely had meal in the evening. Could park until 2pm on day of check out which was handy and a nice touch so I could go to the graduation for 8.30 am in the morning and return for my car after ceremony and lunch , thank again nice stay.

Really quite dated inside… but very clean and everthing worked. Staff attentive- easy to park. Rooms bright, beds comfy, hot water very hot (this is good) and towels were soft. Was only there for one night after a gif so didn’t have breakfast but people seemed happy enough.

Overall we had a good stay at Future Inns. We had a family room, with loads of space and it was very clean. All staff were friendly and helpful when needed and check-in and out was really smooth. Breakfast was decent and the hotel's location was perfect for visiting Cardiff over 2-3 days.

We always stay at this hotel when we visit Cardiff purely because of its location. This was our first time when our room felt in real need of a face lift and some updating. None of the TVs are smart TVs so the channels are really limited, the bath doesn’t drain so when you have a shower you’re standing in nearly a foot of your own shower water and generally the whole room and bathroom needs a really good clean and paint. Staff weren’t their usual smiley selves either. Maybe just a bad visit this time.

Very big and comfortable room. A bit aged hotel and room, but everything was clean. It had everything we needed and the spacious space felt very comfortable, with a large table and enough hangers and storage space.
