We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We had a bit of a disaster previously and this was a real treat! All the staff went above and beyond to make our stay, the memorable one, that it was! We will definitely recommend it to our friends and family!

The hotel has a high walkable score and is very convenient to all shops and restaurants. It’s just a short 5 minute walk to Cardiff Central Station if you choose to take the train to London or any other city within the UK.

The hotel was very nice, parking was simple. And the location was very good - the city centre was on the door step. There was Browns bar and restaurant in the hotel, and this was very good. Nice place if you wish to soak up the city centre atmosphere.

Location is it's great appeal! On this trip,struggled to get hot water in shower and wash basin, not great! However it did not stop us enjoying our stay. We will return when we visit Cardiff again.

In all of my travels, i have never had this amazing level of customer service. The staff was amazing - helpful, friendly, kind and accommodating! The property is clean and comfortable. The City Centre, with all its has to offer, if right outside the door! I would bot stay anywhere else in a trip to Cardiff.

We arrived early but were able to check in straight away, have stayed here before some of the staff did recognise us. They are a very friendly and helpful team. The room was nice and cool with the air con on , which was very welcomming from the heat outside, and very clean. Would recommend this hotel, close to good bars and shopping.

Great location and the staff were super helpful (Richard) they have a car park that was gated and secure, watch out for the seagulls on the top floor of the car park as they are nesting there. Breakfast was excellent and a great selection. The bar service was excellent too!

Really good hotel. Well postioned in the City for getting around all attractions and transport links. Good room, spacious, plenty of light and really clean. Reception staff very helpful and welcoming. The only negative for me was, despite being several floors up, I was kept awake by loud music until early hours from the bars across the street. Not sure if the rooms at the back of the hotel would be quieter. I would say if you stay here bring some ear plugs. Shame because the hotel itself is very good.

The hotel is right in the centre of Cardiff with a really nice bar area where you can sit outside in good weather. It has a nice atmosphere and Brown's restaurant serves very good food for dinner and breakfast. The room was not small, clean and the staff were friendly. The car park is very handy being attached to the hotel. I would deffinately recommend this hotel.
