Room was clean but barren. Pool was closed. No welcome gift as advertised. Not a great location.

Loved everything about this resort and had an amazing time

Just got back from the best 5-day all-inclusive vacation we've ever had, and I can't recommend this resort enough! The food was outstanding — every meal, every restaurant, consistently delicious and high quality. The staff were excellent across the board, especially Jonathan, who runs the activities program and brought so much fun and energy to every single day. There was zero pressure to upgrade or sit through any sales pitch, which was such a relief compared to other all-inclusives we've been to — you can just relax and enjoy yourself. With fun activities going throughout the day and genuinely high standards everywhere you look, this resort truly delivers. Highly, highly recommend — we're already planning our next trip back!
