All the staff were amazingly friendly and attentive. The pools were lovely, as was the small beach on the property, and daily themed activities and music meant there was always something interesting to do and eat. The resort is small compared to some others along the hotel zone, so if you prefer a cozy atmosphere this is the place for you! Downtown Cancún and attractions along the Hotel Zone / Zona Hoteleria are equally accessible by local bus from the hotel as well.

The staff was great and very nice. The problem is that the one pool closes and 6pm, the other pool closes at 8pm, the pool bar closes at 6pm, the burger place closes at 5pm, and they also only allow you to get one clean pool towel per day. With the fact that this is a hotel and not a resort, there is not much to do when everything closes early. It seems like this hotel is more designed for the older crowd.

The staff was amazing, everybody was super kind and helpful throughout. The amenities could use some work as they really only had a pool and not much more but it’s worth it for the price. The beach it’s on is not the best but again, worth the price!
