Overall, we had a great experience staying at this hotel. I definitely will go back again. The staff was very cordial and friendly. David and Marcos made us feel very welcome to the hotel, and they both were very kind and helpful with what was needed. The only thing I will improve is the quality of the food, which was ok but not outstanding.

I really loved the hotel and had a great stay overall. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the beach was absolutely excellent. The only downside was that the waiters at the restaurant and bars seemed very busy at times, so food and drinks could take a little while to arrive. However, considering the price, I really can’t complain much because the experience overall was very good.

The beach view was awesome. In terms of room service it was amazing, everyday they came to clean the room but 1 time we found a dead cockroach on the floor. They said that it is a no smoking property that there is a designate area for smoking but the exhaust in our room smells cigarette. I recommend to upgrade your package to avail all the restaurants, food and ammenities they offer.

My husband, myself and our 17 yr old son had a great stay a the Casa Maya. This hotel is very family friendly. Be advised if you are a couple and looking for your alone time, not sure if this place is for you. They have one big pool for everyone and it gets pretty full with all the families. If you have kids then this is perfect, as there is something for all ages here. The evening events were very entertaining as well but be sure to book your reservations as the time slots fill up fast and were turned away when we didn’t have a reservation one night. There are other restaurants that you don’t need one so you won’t go hungry. Overall everything was great! One thing , I have to message their attractions desk to ask for help because we did an excursion at Puerto Morelos Adventure park with ATV and cenotes that was recommended. We purchased pictures at adventure park and have yet to receive our link with all our pictures.

The location is a decent drive from the airport (40 minutes without traffic) but the view is worth it. It’s very kid-friendly and the water park is awesome (better than the pictures). I wish they had more indoor kid amenities and more restaurants.

We upgraded to the level suite in order to have transportation included. We were told having the level suite comes with all these extra perks. Including a concierge. We didn’t hear from them until our 3rd day there and that was after us having to ask so we were unable to make reservations at the restaurants. There was 4 of us in a room but they only ever left us 1-2 wash clothes. One day we didn’t get any. When we asked they told us they were out of wash clothes. One night at dinner one of the serves was clearly under the influence. Some of the staff was great but mostly we were met with a lot of attitude and/or willingness to assist as we were told would be available with the upgrade to a level suite. The water park was nice and access to the beach was convenient. The service could have been better

Check-In was a nightmare because they made me pay adult price for my child. Check-Out took 10 minutes at 4:30 am with us only being the only family there. Ten minutes later I get an email for an online checkout. Everyday I had to call front desk to stock up my mini refrigerator. The room safe did not work so I had a replacement that partially worked. Apart from this, the restaurant staff were top notched and pool staff very nice. The gym is nice and clean and sized. Nothing spectacular with this place that makes me want to come back.

The hotel is fully staffed, everyone was very friendly and the food was good, the kids’s clubs upstanding, they are all very sweet. The room was a dream. The only big issue was the round pool outside the kids’s club. The pool start shallow but goes till 5’6”deep. I saw my child entering and being fully submerged in the middle just about to drown, I jumped into action in not time to rescue him of course.
