The all inclusive hotel was well kept together, very convenient to shop around and catch the ferry to Isla mujeres. Only 1 thing to comment about is the loud noise that young adults would come from having too much fun at 3am, you can hear so much of the noise in the middle of the night.

Rooms were clean, the staff was excellent, and the food was pretty good. The weather didn't do us any favors, and the beach/ocean water was pretty mid but that's not RIU's fault. We enjoyed our stay and will be recommending our friends to go.
