Me and my family had a wonderful time here at this beautiful resort. All the staff were so kind and willing to help whenever needed. Food is 10/10 as well, lots of varieties to choose from. Loved how engaging the resort was from many different activities to entertainment shows. Such a great experience will be visiting again.

It’s a clean property. The food is good. They do have a lot of day activities and the night entertainment was good. Beach is very small but it is right next to the ferry that takes you to Isla Mujeres which is a must to visit. Plenty of lounge chairs around the pool and beach.

Friendly staff who pay attention to every detail. They made our stay extra special as we celebrated my daughter’s 15th birthday. Great location to catch the ferry to the Isla de Mujeres as well to catch the sunrise in the mornings.

I loved the food and drinks and the rooms. The service was excellent. I didn’t like that there wasn’t an open beach to walk along it, it was just the beach in front of the hotel. Next to the hotel is the peer to go to Isla Mujeres.

Very clean. Good staff. Everything in one area ( not big ). Down side is they play music all day until 10 pm. If you wanted to chill in the room you are going to hear it all day long. No naps!

This hotel is small and it’s perfect that way. We travel to Cancun year after year and I absolutely loved this stay. The beach was just perfect! I went looking to be at the beach and thankfully, I was able to get in the water!

This place was amazing and easily had the best pool of any resort I've gone to. The staff was very nice and always helpful. There was a buffet, three restaurants, and additional food bar. The was good but not great - I think its been too Americanized but it was good overall! I was really hoping to have some traditional Mexican dishes and we only got variations of food we normally get at home. It was still amazing and the excursions were nice
