“Staff were really friendly on arrival, had already filled up and heated the hot tub. Room was clean and was lovely to stay in, couldn’t ask for more. Will defiantly use again”

“Lovely room with an amazing view. Facilities were great, and there were lots of lovely little touches, such as the dressing gowns. Also I had asked if there would be any oat/soya milk available as I have an intolerance, when we arrived there was not only oat milk but gluten and dairy free cereals, biscuits and yoghurt. Very appreciated Only drawback was the lack of parking, it's a shame that something can't be worked out with the council to get a reduced rate. Would recommend this place, and we...

“Clean comfortable room. Nice large shower and comfy bed. It's not a hotel but rooms and have to get code to open key safe. Parking just around the corner. ”

“Hotel blijkt al sinds december 2025 gesloten te zijn”

“I'm sure I could have given 5 stars for everything had we been able to stay. Never received check-in information and Stayright couldn't confirm our booking even though I emailed receipts of payment and booking details from Wotif. That part we were extremely grateful for, but the whole process was extremely stressful.”

“Potts was closed, no one told me before I arrived ”

“Great location, eclectic decor, fully equipped except for a delayed TV control.”

“The room did the job - but numerous issues. Missing some basic necessities like a bedside light. Had to use the public wifi from the bar downstairs which was choppy at best. The problems started right from the beginning. Check in according to the website was 10:00pm. But at 8:30pm I had a message saying I wouldn't be able to check in after 9 as the bar shuts at that point. I was on a train so unable to get there for that time, and somebody very kindly stayed to let me in, but they still...

“Sin duda, lo peor fue la atención de los gestores del alojamiento. El trámite para entrar es fácil: la cajita con el código funciona bien. La habitación bien. El baño compartido FATAL. La mampara de la ducha está rota. No está encajada. Había tres botes para champú, gel...dos vacíos y el tercero con un dedo de producto, que era acondicionador. Tuve que coger el jabón de manos para ducharme. Al tratar de cerrar la mampara, al estar rota resbalé en la ducha. Luego vi una araña de enormes patas en...
