Really great value room in well presented house. Great location, walkable to city centre but quiet. Had a lovely breakfast at “My sister’s house” cafe round the corner.

There were all basic amenities and the house itself was pretty nice but not very sure of the overall safety of the area for solo travel. Fine for groups

The property was easy to access and everything that we needed was provided for e.g. towels, cups, glasses etc. The only issue was there that was no hand towels in the bathroom so you had to remember to take the larger towel with you.

Considering the very well weather, there was no fan or air conditioning in the property, so I couldn’t even spend the night there. It was boiling. I contacted the property owner and asked for fan, but got no response.

The room we had looked absolutely nothing like the photos. The floor was dirty and stained as was the sofa, it smelled damp, the facilities were tired and shabby. We were quite frankly shocked by the condition of the property and how different it was to what was advertised. the photos online are clearly from a long time ago and the room we had wasn't even in them. The bathroom was unclean and the toilet seat wasn't attached properly. It looked like a student let or worse. The whole property smelled bad. We are extremely dissapointed and stunned by the condition of this property. We left after 20 minutes and stayed in a hotel.

I didn't like anything about the hotel. I could not get in. You think everybody is computer smart. I emailed you before I went saying, what is a lockbox and how do I get my code. I never heard back from you. There were nobody at the hotel. I was knocking on the windows, the door The people living next door were trying to help me. I was there for over an hour. There was a massage on my phone, it said vue massage. I pressed on vue massage and it would not open, the people how were helping me could not get it open. I had to go to the city centre and find a hotel all i could find was the Premer hotel for £100.00 a night. your services where none exishant. The where no information outside the hotel, no phone number to get help. nothing. you were absolutely useless.

Clean bright large room located within easy bus service to centre. There was a glitch at checkin, note that your ID must be sent to a website. The link is an impossible alpha-numerical and not hyperlinked. Very cumbersome, and frustrating. Get it sorted before arrival. Toilet facilities are located on another floor. Neighborhood is gritty working class, yet i felt safe. Just take normal precautions.
