We stay here once or twice a year when visiting friends in Mumbles. It's super convenient, has nice views, and is clean enough. It is dated, not luxury, but fine for our purposes, and cost is reasonable. Beware some rooms are up a lot of stairs after walking up a steep driveway to reach the property.

Very central, convenient location. Extremely spacious room and bathroom. Well thought out extras, such as wine glasses, corkscrew, first aid kit. Extremely nice gesture of breakfast and juice. Fresh milk. We got there slightly early, I phoned and asked if it would be ok to check in, answered promptly and no problem with early check in. Free on-street parking very nearby. The beach at The Mumbles is not far and very picturesque. Thoroughly recommend Patrick’s Boathouse.
