Tsuruhashi Vacation Packages for 2026

Well located as near to transport and Metro. Spacious rooms. Excellent facilities and good value for money for Osaka

Great location. Room was perfect for our needs. Very clean.

Not the greatest experience. Very crowded hotel. The worst part, was that the lobby was on the second floor, and you needed to take the escalator to get there. This led to a lot of congestion, so I’m not sure what the thinking was in terms of this design. On top of that, the spa and laundry facilities were very crowded as well. As for the room, it was modern, clean and spacious enough for 2. With that said, the wi-fi connection was quite poor which was disappointing. Overall, if you are looking for a calm and relaxing stay… I would not recommend this hotel. Despite its polished look, it felt more like a university dormitory than a hotel.

Stayed on the 31st floor and the view was amazing. It’s clean and the staff were very helpful. It’s a great location too being right at dotonbori and on top of Namba station. The only criticism I have is having to take two entirely separate elevators to get to my room but that is minimal

Lovely location, good Veg food and excellent service

The hotel is beautiful!! I loved the attention to detail with how items were laid out and hidden in plain site. We were also able to move the beds to make the room better for our needs. We found the room spacious and the beds were comfortable. The view of the city, from our room on the 29th floor, was amazing. The spa was magical. You are provided water, fridge, slippers, pj's,body scrub and great quality shampoos, conditioner and lotion. The room has an open concept plan where you can block the visibility into the shower. My one complaint is the shower is only blocked on one side and you enter the room via the closet/bathroom, leaving the shower/person exposed. I would definitely book this hotel again. Just be mindful of bathroom limitations regarding who you travel with.
