Place near the metro and is quiet. Suitable for those who enjoy such a peaceful area. Room however is kinda small but is to be expected. Breakfast was simple and is prepared. Not buffet style. Place is new and staff was helpful. Recommended

A newly renovated and opened hotel with decent size hotel rooms. The setup in the room is very functional (e.g. enough space to open large suitcase and functional desk and chair that have enough space). Have all the amenities that one would expect and need in a hotel room. Located one subway stop away from Umeda shopping district within walking distance. It’s in a quiet neighborhood which I prefer. Have a mini AEON store across the street and a few restaurants and a drug mart so it’s convenient to buy necessities when needed. Five minutes walk to the subway station. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

新大阪から地下鉄で2駅しかもエレベーターがある出口から近いのがとても便利でした。 お部屋の掃除(洗面所に髪の毛が落ちてた)やバストイレの換気扇が回ってなかったり(カビの匂いやシャワーを使用した後の換気がされないなど)……と、不便まではいかないですけど、日本のホテルの基準だと普通レベルもしくは以下かな？と思いました。 スタッフさんも外国の日本語が話せる方が主で外国人観光客向けのホテルだなと言う印象です。 朝食付きプランにしていたのですが、朝食か 7時半からだときき、出発する時間の問題で食べられないことが発覚したのですが、チェックインのスタッフさんはプランの変更も代替案もなしだったのですが、チェックアウトのスタッフさんはパンをテイクアウトさせてくれて柔軟な対応でとても助かりました。 シャワーや水道の水圧はめちゃくちゃ強いので笑 さすが大阪水の都だなと感じました。
