This was a wonderful stay in Osaka! The breakfast was amazing and I highly recommend that is added on to the reservation. Staff were courteous and the luggage storage option is very handy.

Great place near to the Osaka station and has a quick 10 min walk from the station to the hotel. The hotel staff was friendly and they allow to store the luggage free of charge the check-in and check-out day. We availed of that facility which was really helpful as we arrived around 10 AM the day of check-in allowing us to do things without dragging our luggages around.

Excellent location near Osaka Station. Rooms are small but that's the standard japanese hotel size. The sento on the 4th floor is amazing, especially after a whole day out. It can get a tad crowded, but you can check the status on the tv in each room. There is a dedicated Lawson also on the same floor. The only, maybe big, downside is that you can only change floors through the elevators and they are ALWAYS crowded and busy, so it may take up to 10 min just to go up/down even just 3 floors. Still, we had a great time and I'd book it again.

Rooms and bathrooms are very small. Breakfast was good, plenty of options. Staff were helpful, but their english is very limited. To use the pool on the rooftop you need to pay in advance and there is no mention to that part before or during reservation. Localization is good is closer to main shopping malls and subway stations.
