This property was very esthetically pleasing, seriously a beautiful hotel but outside of that, the food was mediocre, restaurant closed one night, the safe could fit your passport that was it, no iron, the fact that everyone is wearing the same leather room slippers instead of having disposable ones is gross.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, though it is a walk to most train stations the view alone more tha makes up for it in every common area and the rooms.

Lovely hotel. Orsen(public baths) on the 31st floor with staggering views over Osaka was the highlight.
