The breakfast was expensive but it was delicious and had many options. I liked the quality of the bedsheets/bathroom amenities. The bed was the most western, we had stayed at in Japan - as in we couldn’t feel the bed springs. Would gladly stay at another APA hotel.

部屋の清掃は、良かった お風呂が混雑して、満足出来なかった 朝8時に出発しようと思い6階のエレベーターの前で15分くらい待っても降りれなかったので、フロントへ電話をしたが、対応が悪かった。 エレベーターの前は、クーラーもないので、暑かった。 設備の点検を十分にされてない。

初めて利用したが、キレイで設備や備品も良かったです。高級というわけではありませんが、必要十分量でした。温泉も気持ちよく利用できましたし、サービスも程よく必要なものが揃っていました。不必要なものがなかったです。また、情報提供もちょうど良かったです。必要な情報がきちんと伝わるように工夫されていました。きっとお客の声を集めて研究を重ねているように感じられました。今回一度しか利用したことがないので全体的な事は分かりませんが満足の万博旅行2泊でした。

荷物の預かりはしっかりとシステム化されていて、スタッフも丁寧でテキパキとした対応でした。万博行き前にホテルに立ち寄り荷物を預けた際は、ほとんど時間をかけることなく、荷物を預かっていただき行動がしやすかったです。 本町駅から直結でアクセスもよく、万博やUSJにも大変便利だと感じました。また、周辺は繁華街ですが、絶妙な立地で、ホテル内はとても静かで快適でした。 アメニティがしっかりと部屋に用意されており、部屋はとても清潔で、非常に快適でした。 唯一のマイナス面は、私たちが宿泊したのは上層階でしたが、２階のコンビニに行った時に、エレベーターに乗るのに時間がかかったことが一つ注意が必要だと思いました。

駅出口の目の前で便利！！ ですが、、、 大きなホテルなので、当然、滞在客も多く、なのにエレベーター5台だけで、当然、長蛇の列。 エレベーターに乗るまでに10分以上待たなければならなかったり、部屋からフロントや大浴場に行くのにも、満員のライトがついてなくても、何故か4台も5台も止まらずに通り過ぎていきました。 コインランドリーも洗濯機、乾燥機が各5台ずつしかなく、これまた永遠に待ちます。 外国の方の宿泊も多く、勝手に洗濯物を出されてたりして不快だった。 次の利用は考えられません。
