From the moment you go through the door theres someone ready to help you check-in. Standard room was quite sizable, bed was comfortable, bathroom clean. The hotel in general is gorgeous. You can tell their main focus is guest comfort and easiness, which it makes things way better for us the guests. Breakfast buffet was so extensive! So much to pick from… definitely a great thing! A nice variety for locals and foreigners. Self Checkout was convenient and very easy to do. Lastly… location!! Exactly about 15 minutes from Universal Studios. There’s a convenience store around the corner for last minute needs. Definitely well located. A great pick! 5 stars!!!

The location was not so convenient for us because we took tours starting in Namba and it was far from downtown (so a lot of travel back and forth). It is perfect for families with kids going to Universal studio. However, we didn't regret it because of the staff, food and especially their spa!

The hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed despite that I have visited many hotels all over the world. I will surely stay there again if I travel to Osaka again. The staff are very courteous and respective (not unexpected from Japanese culture), they are very helpful and professional. The cleanliness of the hotel and facilities is unrivalled. The location is perfect for me and the family because it is devoid of hustle and bustle of city centre life but not far by train to any location in Osaka because a train station is just about 3 minutes walk across the road from the hotel. It has water view if you want that serene view in the day or evening or while eating at the dinner restaurant. It is also a stone throw from some of the key tourist locations such as ferries wheel, Osaka aquarium, Universal studio city etc. A free ferry will take you on a 3-minute journey from the hotel area to the ferries and Osaka aquarium and others. You can also walk to the Osaka Universal studio city from the hotel. Overall, I recommend the hotel because you will get value for your money.
