Hotel next door to supermarket which has all sorts on a few floors and great pet store that has exotic animals too like a mini zoo as well as cats & cute dogs that we visited everyday. The actual supermarket in basement is open late too. Easy walking distance to main shopping and food areas famous dotoburi!

Location was perfect but it seemed like the hotel prioritized the lobby ahead of their guest rooms. Our room unfortunately had multiple stains on the bed lamps and walls.

Clean hotel. Helpful staff. Conveniently located next to a train station. What was not great was that they charged extra fees and taxes for the two kids even though we already paid through Expedia. No happy hours with complimentary drinks or snacks available at the hotel.
