Great location and central to multiple train lines making it easy to go for day trips and to other areas of Osaka. Not in a busy area so streets were quiet. Good restaurants around the area. Room was small but clean and utilitarian. Had a fridge which was great. They gave us towels everyday and were very thorough with the cleaning of the room. Check in was surprisingly easy with the automated system. Very quiet. Couldn’t hear anyone through the walls. For the price, and location, it was a great stay. We would come back again.

Room is VERY small but that is true in general for all hotels in Japan. Very clean, quiet and friendly staff. Even for Japanese hotels (I’ve stayed at a few at this point) they were extra small which is why it’s 4/5 Not a whole lot to do in the immediate area, and not close to tourist stuff but it is reasonably close to the subway and other attractions

Courteous staff all very helpful. Didnt use the laundry service but if i stayed there longer i wouldve used it. Rooms were spotless and clean. Towel deliver daily. Even though i didnt use them. It was a great stay and the location wasnt too bad either.

Clean room, though tiny. Much of the service is self help besides check-in. An older staff member spoke very little English, but used a translation device and my little Japanese to help us transfer luggage. For the price it's a good value of you just want a place to sleep and feel safe.
