We really liked the location of the hotel! Close to metros and really walkable to the main spots! What I personally loved was the amazing restaurants close by…some of the best food I had during our trip. Hotel had alot of amenities and great to do laundry!

This hotel, was very nice and quiet. Very well located not too far from dotonbori, has lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Staff was very helpful they stored our bags when we arrived too early for check in. Our room was so nice and luxurious for the price. We had room 714. Loved our stay and would come back. Their breakfast was Chinese western which was different from others hotels - it was still very good.

Room was excellent. I got the corner view room and it did not disappoint. Amenities were excellent and top quality. I love the coffee machine with coffee pods in the room.
