Excellent stay for a first time visit to Japan and Osaka. The front desk staff were very helpful to answer questions. Rest of the staff were very helpful and nice as well. The night team and especially a guy whose name began with an N (maybe Niromi, he was the chief that night, helped me with guiding me where I could get meds for my wife after a sprained ankle in USJ, and setting up luggage forwarding to Tokyo.
