No reason to get elite if staff is not going to be proper attendant

The host at Black& White restaurant was very disrespectful when talking to me. The sandwiches at the 24 hrs service were very poor. Overall great staff and great hotel!

Extremely disappointing experience. I booked RIU expecting a true all-inclusive vacation, but the experience was nowhere near what was advertised or what I paid for. The food was honestly terrible. The quality and selection were extremely disappointing for an all-inclusive resort, and restaurant availability made things even worse. Reservations were difficult or unavailable, and it felt like certain dining options and services were prioritized for specific guests. We actually ended up purchasing food outside the resort despite already paying for an all-inclusive stay. To make matters worse, I was hit with an unexpected additional charge related to the number of guests in my room, despite my reservation being made for the correct number of travelers. The situation was frustrating, expensive, and handled poorly. When you’re paying for an all-inclusive resort, you shouldn’t have to leave the property to get decent food, struggle to access restaurants, or deal with unexpected charges. Based on my experience, RIU did not provide the quality, service, or value I expected. I would not stay here again and definitely would not recommend it.
