Clean rooms, well maintain property and great staff

a very pleasant place, we were very satisfied, very enjoyable.

The staff were rude

The resort was beautiful and the rooms were very nice and super clean! We stayed at the Seaside Palms, the Seaside Suites was undergoing renovations. We had towel art on our bed everyday and the fridge was stocked daily as well. The pools were clean and a nice temperature. The majority of staff were very friendly, however some of the bartenders treated us as if we were bothering them (and we tipped okay). Unfortunately there was a great deal of seaweed when we were there at the beginning of August; we were only able to access the water one day. We had a blast in the main pool however, and the activity staff were all a ton of fun. Food was delicious and the entertainment in the evening was great. There was always a golf cart available for a ride to the restaurants and the drivers were very nice. I would definitely visit again but in the winter.

Pools are very nice
