“Wir haben das Hotel für einen 5tägigen LondonTrip gebucht (2 E+4 K (14-17)). Die eigentlich gebuchten Zimmer standen bei Ankunft nicht zur Verfügung, es wurde jedoch eine Alternative gefunden (allerdings ärgerlich wenn man dafür (Urlaubs)Zeit opfern muss). Zimmer 1-12 liegen in einem Gang der dauerhaft nach Gras duftet (muss ja nicht das schlechteste sein). Grdsl. Sind die Zimmer ok, nur funktionieren mE die Klimaanlagen nicht wirklich, die pusten einfach nur etwas Luft durch den Raum. Die Kids...

“Shandon House Hotel is a scam. The room in uninhabitable but they exploit the no refund policy and so people arrive, and realise its not viable and then leave, and they keep the money. Hugely disappointed in Expedia who took no interest despite adverting the room in a wholly inaccurate way”
