The hotel is very close to Heathrow airport with many transport options available. The room was clean and well appointed, lacking only a hair dryer according to my wife. The food at the bar and restaurant was ok, the service was very good though.Francesco in the bar especially.

The hotel was clean as were the rooms. Nice big bath towels. The service was excellent especially Soffian at the front desk who helped with a minor problem at check-in, but made the experience quick and painless. Thanks for a great stay. I would recommend this hotel.

Efficient check-in, helpful staff, rooms clean and new. We got the bus in the morning to LHR terminal 3 and it's right outside the hotel, very easy and quick transfer. Parking at the hotel is really easy. It's a really easy and good value way to get close to the airport and leave the car whilst on holiday when you've an early flight.
