Easy and very convenient location wise. Our room had one window which faced the entryway to the hotel. There was no natural light and it was quite noisy given proximity to the ground floor/elevators. This is our "Go To" hotel when we have been privileged to travel and have a scheduled flight home from London Heathrow. Great staff that anticipates well and is always at the top of their game. On site restaurant, Carluccio's offers a "just right" menu with a variety of dishes and the breakfast buffet or a la carte dishes meet every need. Terrific bar for a "last night of vacation" night cap. Don't even bother looking for a finer hotel.
