Nice hotel with an excellent location, especially for anyone needing easy access to the train station. The convenience of being so close made our stay even more enjoyable. We also had the opportunity to dine at the in-house restaurants, and the food was very nice. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would happily recommend this hotel to others looking for comfort, convenience, and good dining options

Very convenient and well run airport hotel, close to a great British Indian pub, prime plane spotting locations. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and I must complement the soundproofing. Despite the hundreds of planes flying right over our heads, I didn't hear a single one. Definitely worth the two metro stops to stay here for far less than the hotels on airport grounds.

The hotel is just across the corner from Hatton cross underground station, ideal if you travel from Heathrow. The check in was slow (only one receptionist was working) and thee queue was also long when I checked out. Although the hotel has two receptions, the one that's closer to the underground station was closed. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet, I slept well.
