Great staff,, parking excellent, breakfast spot on but the whole place needs a good clean.. I’m not convinced my pillowcases had been changed and the floor wasn’t particularly clean, the room and some of the lounge seating really needed attention. Breakfast area was fine though, good hotel for a quick stopover for Wembley Stadium. £11 in Uber each way.

When we arrived Hilton were having issues with their computer systems so check in was being done by hand. Whilst not really a fault of the hotel directly, a bit more communication would have been helpful. It took us 20 minutes to check in but people arriving after us had a lengthy wait. When we got to the room there was an issue with the fan in the bathroom meaning it constantly ran. Normally I would have complained about this and asked to swap rooms but with the aforementioned issues the queues at reception would have been a problem. In the end it wasn't too bad and didn't keep us up during the night. The hotel is lovely though, clean, decent beds and breakfast was very nice.
