It is a budget hotel, and the rooms, furniture and shower are basic, and the location a little scrappy, but it is new, well-constructed, and the staff are excellent. And if you’re feeling adventurous, there are some very good food experiences nearby. And it is easy to get to/from the airport quickly.

I was actually very surprised with this hotel! For the price I paid, it was actually very nice. It was super clean, the staff was beyond helpful, and the amenities were really nice. The beds and pillows were very comfortable as well. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a quick, close, and cheap place to stay!

The room was clean and decent. They provide breakfast for an extra charge. The facility Is clean and they provide the most basic things you need when traveling. I was nervous about the small elevator. The staff in the cafeteria was very nice. As we had early flights, they packed the breakfast for us. I needed an overnight stay. Excellent value for money. So a very good close-to-Heathrow stay option. I took the “Hotel Hoppa” to get to and from the airport (leaves bus stops 9 and 10 (I recall) outside terminal 2 - I booked on line - but I think you can pay when your relevant shuttle bus comes by - grouped by the hotels they serve). A number of Indian and Punjabi restaurants near by (which was great since it is food I love). It’s not fancy, but very adequate for what I needed. I would definitely stay there again.

There are 3 Ibis hotels in a row so make sure you know which one you are staying at. The hotel hopper doesn’t start till 4:40 am so if you have an early flight the better option is to take the local bus to the airport (make sure you get in the right bus for the terminal you are leaving from) which run 24/7 and are only a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. This is a no frills hotel but good value for the money.
