The person that checked us in was very polite. Our room was a great size. When I went to ask for more towels and a rubber mat for the room. They gave me everything but the rubber mat. Clean and new rooms. The room had AC and heater, USB charger in the walls (in case your uk plug adapter fails like ours did, we came from the US). Stable free WiFi (worked perfectly fine with NordVPN). One detail is that at night you can hear the tube train passing every now and then but it wasn't too noticable. The breakfast was cheaper than any other options around (it was 10.99 per adult) and it tasted very good, we were pleasantly surprised, especially that kids eat breakfast for free (we had 4 kids so it definitely made it a great deal).
