The staff was very helpful. Location was a ways from the main touristy locations, but Hammersmith tube station was a couple of blocks away, so easy walk. It was an easy drive by Uber to Heathrow. Restaurant was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

I travelled with my wife and 2 years old kid, I was expecting refrigerator in the room to store milk for baby. This is one of the basic amenities in most of the north American hotels. It was not there in the room. Besides that the stay was wonderful, staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

The location is perfect. It’s on the tube line with an easy direct ride to Heathrow and King’s Cross train station. Also, it’s only a short walk to the river which has a lovely walk. It’s a five minute walk to Hammersmith Tube Station.

Very comfortable bed. Love the LED lights. I’d do the breakfast inclusion just cuz it’ll be the cheapest meal you’ll get in London lol. There’s no phone in the room as well so u can’t call down for more towels or something so I’d ask at check in for some.

Hotel was great and conveniently located. We had some issues with communication about our booking during check-in however. I was travelling with a friend and my international flight was delayed so I had a late and unusual check-in of 9am the following morning. My friend checked in and advised the staff of my flight delay, we agreed to check me into the room so I could arrive at the hotel room I paid for and sleep off my flight without issues. However, the night-staff did not communicate my late arrival to the day-staff and my room was marked as a no-show. There were some issues with having a room ready for me when I arrived, despite paying for it, receiving assurances that all is ok, and communicating the delays in my arrival to staff in advance. Thankfully, this was quickly sorted and the staff were kind when I arrived - but it was a very stressful moment that could have been avoided if a note was left from the night staff on my file about the conversation. Other than some communication blips, the hotel was fabulous.

I liked this hotel a lot. The rooms appear to have been renovated recently. The check in process was fast and efficient. I also like the security measures taken for keeping guests safe. The only nits that keep me from scoring a 5 are as follows: 1) we weren’t issued a face towel. Only a hair and body towel. Would have been nice to have a small face cloth; 2) Most of the time while in the room, I got the sniffles. Hence, my nose was somehow sensitive to the room air. Once I left hotel I was just fine. Is there possibly a problem with the air filtering in the room? It seemed like there was a lot of dust on the table desktop-even after cleaning it ourselves when we arrived; 3) WiFi was spotty at times. This could have been due to guest demand but it just seemed like my device would freeze. Then, when buffering after 10 seconds or so it would be back to full operation. That’s about it. Keep up the good work!

Conveniently located in the Hammersmith part of London, this is a discount hotel. No refrigerator, and if you want two beds, it will only be two twin-sized beds. The plus of this hotel is that it is not far from Heathrow Airport by train, which can save you about 75 pounds, basically $100 in U.S. dollars. I think about 4 different train lines connect at the Hammersmith stop. This helped us maneuver around London during the day, and we took Ubers late at night. It is also around 6 stops to King's Cross/St. Pancras station, where the Eurostar train departs to Paris. Their elevators are super fast. We did not get their breakfast as we wanted to dine out and experience London. There are a few pubs in the Hammersmith area, and their drinks were super cheap. Not too many "good" restaurants, but the savings added up so that you could travel to better restaurants in other areas. I still can't figure out why the London train system is expensive. Maybe we didn't understand it totally, as we utilized paid-as-you-go with credit cards, which didn't look discounted in any way. The hotel does have a happy hour, which is really from 12 noon to 7 pm and you can get some good drinks with their two for one rate. If rating from 1 to 5, I would give them a 3.5
