An overnight stay pre-flight in a lovely hotel. The staff were really warm and helpful on arrival and throughout. My room was upgraded - the bed was massive and comfortable if you like a firm mattress. The food in the bar was lovely-the crispy duck salad was delicious!! Glad I’m booked in again for the return journey!
