Good location right in the airport, still about a 10 min walk to terminal 4 and then a train ride to terminal 2 or 3. We ate in the restaurant which was surprisingly wonderful. The staff was so friendly. The room are clean and comfy beds.

Near airport - the taxi is a bit pricey. Nice coffee bar and restaurant. Was a little surprised that you are charged 15 pounds extra if you want your room before 3pm. But overall it was a good clean, quiet place to stay near the airport.

I stayed at this hotel for my overnight layover at LHR and it all went without any problems. The room was great, clean and quiet. The hotel is in Terminal 4 and it is easy to find following the signs from the terminal. Even though I had landed late in the evening, the trains that connect terminals were running and there was someone at the hotel to let me in and to check me in.

Great venue if you’re planning to stay close to the airport. Connections to the terminals are free, quick and easy and are all in closed. Staff at the hotel provided excellent service and the restaurant provided friendly services with plenty of options for dinner and breakfast.
