“Really relaxed vibe and Jack was a great host. The ‘help yourself’ breakfast was a great idea and the little things like, have a bottle of water out of the fridge, went a long way. Room was clean, light and airy. Had everything you could possibly want eg posh coffee maker etc, bottles of water/fizzy drink. Jack made some lovely recommendations for places to see/eat/visit and we can highly recommend The Plough Inn and Jorvine too! Will return for another visit!”

“Only one criticism I have is about the parking .There are only 2 parking spaces at the B&B this only came to my attention when I had booked and received the welcome email/text .i was lucky while I was staying I managed to get one for the 3 days .Other than its a great place to stay very clean and well maintained .”

“El mejor servicio. Los dueños son súper súper amables y te dan el mejor desayuno que nos comimos en todo el viaje. La guesthouse es pequeña, los cuartos sencillos y no tiene elevador. Te queda caminando del centro de York. Todo está muy limpio y el servicio es extraordinario. ”

“Good accommodation in a great location for our needs. Shower and kitchen a bit small but ok for a short stay. Our host was an unusual character. Hard to get hold of before arrival and then seemingly uncomfortable with dogs? I had selected dog friendly accommodation only but there was no place to confirm dogs in attendance.
