Hard to get hold of before arrival and then seemingly uncomfortable with dogs? I had selected dog friendly accommodation only but there was no place to confirm dogs in attendance. “Todo bien, solamente la cama que me tocó ya está un poco viejo el colchón, por no decir en las últimas. En el baño la regadera solamente funciona una vez, los demás días ya no funcionó la regadera :( Pero está bien el lugar, caminando a todos lados. ”

“The room was fine but we had a problem with water leaking through the ceiling. It happened twice while we where there. The first time I called them to tell them what happened and they came to sort it out; but when I called the second time, they didn’t come to apologise for it or to see if we need needed anything. They should have checked if we needed something or how bad it was. Really disappointed in that aspect.”

“The staff was very accommodating after we had car issues. Very communicative as well. The room was comfortable, clean, and pleasant. Close to everything. Would highly recommend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”
