The phone number on the website is not in service. The staff were cranky and terse. We got three different answers from three different people about the early check in rules. The bottom of the shower curtain was about 10 inches above the floor, so predictably, water was all over the bathroom by the end of my shower. Also, the mattress frame stuck out several inches beyond the mattress and was a shin-buster.

Really liked the actual location - easy to get in/out and walk to Central easily. Room was super clean and bed was comfortable, Will stay again when visiting family who live nearby.

Our room was clean and spacious. Staff were very helpful at check-in. Breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect for enjoying the sights of Boston.
