This hotel is a great value. I was concerned when I pulled up because the neighborhood did not look so great, but the hotel is new, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the awesome massage chairs in every room added a little bit of luxury.

Blue – A Modern Hotel was an outstanding value. The hotel was spotless, modern, and in a safe location with plenty of parking and great restaurants and shopping nearby. What really made our stay special was the staff. Every employee treated us like valued guests and took pride in their work, as if they owned the hotel. Their genuine commitment to making our stay perfect was evident throughout, and they absolutely succeeded. We would gladly stay here again.

Rooms were very clean, could do a better job with cleaning the showers, also shower doors don't hold closed. No combination safes in the rooms, for those who like to secure their valuables. Also need to update their website. Cause they said they had a pool, but didnt. Either way, everything else was delightful.

Clean, sleek, modern. Well designed and laid out room with added touches like bath robes/slippers. Lighting was in perfect locations and easy to use. I loved the massage throne! Only complaint was the water pressure in the bathroom sink and shower. It negated the wonderful rain head and other faucet fixtures in the beautiful bathroom. The large, anti fog, light up mirror is always nice.

on arrival the front door would not open when I moved back and tried again and it didn't work I just opened it myself and then got attitude from the manger about it. In the room which was clean and nicely appointed the only issue was no shampoo in the dispenser. The lady at the front desk Yolanda was the most pleasant and helpful and made my check in as smooth as could be.

Very impressed with room size, cleanliness & amenities. Refridgerator was small. Water pressure was low, especially in the sink. Cookies were good, in they were available. Too many before 9am, there were none in the case. Morning staff needs to stay on top of availability. Homemade muffins needed to be cooked longer. If the tops fall & there is unbaked batter, they are not done. Never say any yogurt that is mentioned on their website. Asked for more towels & cooler. 24 hours later, had to make a second request. Stayed for 3 nights & were told they only clean rooms once every 3 days. Have to ask for towels, coffee, etc.
