This is a beautiful spot, along the river just outside the city. It’s close to everything but away from the hustle and bustle so it’s quiet and it feels secluded. The property is a bit dated but the rooms are kept up with more modern decor. It was perfect for our stay, and we’ll definitely be back again.

Great location for visiting folks north and south of Holyoke. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the proximity to the bike paths, the breakfast buffet, and the room itself. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The laundry facilities were great as well. We have been choosing the “D” hotel for several years now and will be back! The staff is very professional and helpful!

Our room was immaculate, and the staff at the front desk, as well as housekeeping, were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was well-stocked and offered a nice variety of items. My only suggestion would be to renovate the bathrooms; the rooms appear to have been renovated recently, but the bathrooms, although clean, are quite dated and do not look the cleanest due to their age. A refresh would make this property stand out.

With the exception of the sink in our bathroom, which was stopped up, the hotel and its amenities were clean and accessible. We enjoyed our stay very much. We were particularly impressed with the breakfast which exceeded our expectations.
