Staff are amazing - suites are large and capacious with great toiletries. We had our service dog with us and everyone was very helpful. Only issue was the elevator near our room (furthest away) was out of order. Pretty sound proof except the air pressure from the exit stairs kept rattling our door whenever someone use it. Would def recommend if you want a comfortable location to sightsee the surrounding areas or if you’re passing through town and need a good place to rest.

Newly renovated rooms are clean and have everything you need for an extended stay. A full breakfast buffet is included with many options to satisfy everyone. The lobby was under renovation but it did not interfere with hotel operations. The staff was friendly and helpful.

They were finishing up a recent renovation and the staff did an excellent job addressing any concerns or needs. The rooms are nice and spacious. The floor I was on was under renovation when I stayed there the previous weekend, so we were the first guest in that room. In spite of what the staff had going on, they put the guest needs first. Great job for all of the staff and construction personnel.

Clean renovated room. The staff were polite and helpful. The placement of the light switches for the bathroom were a bit unusual; you have to turn on the light, waking your family up. There was renovation going on, which they warned us about. It was the weekend, so we did not hear any noises.

We absolutely love it here. My husband and I stay here a couple times a year for a getaway. The staff is always pleasant. They are renovating the hotel, but it is not affecting the stay at all. I highly recommend this hotel. I cannot wait for my next stay!
