For an express hotel this place was so great! The price was affordable, the staff at the front desk was so helpful in helping with checking in early and checking out late. The rooms were incredibly clean and the free breakfast was better than what most hotels have to offer. I would definitely stay here again.

We checked in super late and the person at the desk was extremely friendly and helpful! I seen some complaints about the parking. The fact it’s free and covered is a plus, but there is a police station if your worried about safety. I would recommend and stay again if in the area!

Staff were very helpful. There was 1 working elevator for a 8 story building. The working elevator probably fit 4-5 adults, so the wait for the elevator was horrible. The parking is 3 city blocks away, in a very desolate area. Didn’t feel comfortable walking the area alone at night.

Always friendly staff. In the years I have stayed there I have never had a bad experience. Only thing annoying is the parking situation. For the first time, I had to park in the overflow parking down the street, Walking distance about 3mins from hotel, wasn't a fan. Everything else is great. Beds are super comfy. Best sleep you'll get!

Booked for a quick trip to six flags new england, hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly. The room seemed spacious. The free breakfast was good. The only downside is the parking garage is a few minute walk away. You can unload/load in front of the building.

I really enjoyed this location as you are in the heart of downtown Springfield and also a brief 3 minute walk from the Casino and Hockey stadium. There are lots to do while in the area and I can’t wait to return again!
