“Beautiful inn, comfortable and more. Hosts are so welcoming and helpful, the room was lovely. Muffins, cakes, cookies, coffee available during 'snack-needed' times of day and included breakfast was fabulous. Walkable to Bar Harbor stores and restaurants. Will be coming back.”

“The Cromwell is owned by kids who were gifted the property by their parents. Out of a 7500 mile road trip. This was by far the cleanest the nicest kept grounds inside and out. Everything looked brand new and still maintaining some charm from their parents era. I made it a point to go to the office and tell the staff only need to be lucky enough to meet two of the kids! We had an amazing experience and will surely be back Refrigerator microwave and a nice coffee station in your room. Brochures ...

“Everything in this town is too expensive. That stated, this is a less expensive option with nice rooms, great location and right on the Eden Street Shuttle route. One suggestion is to improve the shower water pressure. Shower is pretty weak.”

“This is THE place to stay! Wonderful! Close to EVERYTHING but just off the main path to be quiet. Beautiful place. Walk to everywhere because you do NOT want to drive your car around Bar Harbor with the crowds, traffic, and parking. Fantastic room!”

“The location was great! It's close to a lot of restaurants and gift shops. The unit was on the second floor, so it was a little bit challenging for me because I have bad knees, but we're very satisfied with the place. It's not too far from Acadia National Park. I would recommended it. The communication with host was fast.”
