Very easy parking, clean rooms, and friendly staff. It's just outside town and an easy ~10 min walk to main st with coffee shops, etc. Rooms are slightly dated but well maintained and comfortable. Everything we needed for our hiking trip to Acadia.

Just wonderful! A perfectly walkable location just at the front of town WITH PARKING!! NICE! The owner was personable and gave us great recommendations. While the furniture is a bit dated, it is well maintained and clean and comfy. We booked last minute and didnt have high expectations, but we were so pleased. Perfect place to crash after a long day in Acadia.

The property was very well maintained. The hotel was very well maintained. The room was very nice, spacious and immaculate. I wish every motel I stayed at was even close to this property. I could tell the family takes pride in their property. It’s about 1/2 mile or so to the main town walking. I would suggest this place to anyone looking for a place to stay.

It is a wonderful place to stay. You can walk to anywhere in Bar Harbor within 20 minutes and parking was $4 an hour everywhere, so it was very nice to be within walking distance to the shore walk and to restaurants and activities. It was about 2 minutes from Acadia. It was very clean and well kept. It was in a very safe area, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.
