Perfect place to stay if you want a nice, clean, comfy room after a long day of hiking or exploring downtown. The staff were super nice and helpful. Hot coffee every morning in the office, and 3 min walk to downtown.

The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. I love that the room has 3 windows that all can be opened, one in the bathroom and 2 in the bedroom. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The location is great, within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The only negative is that there can be squeaky noises when other guests are walking around in the room above. Which may only be an issue if you’re a light sleeper.

The front desk person was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping ignored the request for clean towels and refreshing the room. Safety concerns in the bathroom: loose tubliner and rusty nail in the floor sticking up. No decor and noisy.

Excellent location, clean and serviceable room. The hotel is very close and easy walking distance to the center of Bar Harbor. We never had to struggle with parking downtown. The room was a motel room, and was clean and fine for our needs while visiting Acadia national park and Bar Harbor. Our room did have a refrigeration, but I would have preferred a coffer maker in the room. However, we were able to get hot coffee in the main office, even at 4:00am on the day we went to the sunrise on Cadillac Mountain. I enjoyed relaxing and reading in the Adirondack chairs on the front lawn of the motel.
