West Medford Vacation Packages for 2026

The staff were overall helpful but all seemed to be very unhappy at work. The elevator was broken twice so we had to use the service elevator.

You literally can't select a more centrally located hotel than this one. It is smack in the middle of Harvard Square. Restaurants and the campus are all walkable. The stadium is a 12 minute walk. CVS is down the street. Lots of food options everywhere. Loved this. One minor issue is the hotel doesn't have ice machines and the rooms have coolers. When traveling for sports with families, it's nice to have both. We called for room service and 45 minutes later (and an additional prompt), they finally brought ice to the room. First world issues, but it was annoying. NOTE: make sure if you order a room with two beds, you're aware that they also have DOUBLE beds. We didn't notice this until it was too late. All that aside, we loved our stay there!!

Beautiful property with lovely restaurant but rooms are small/tight compared to other luxury hotels. AC system was loud and inefficient. Reminded me of old Marriotts from 1990’s. Butler is a nice concept but slow responses $10 coffee was good but….seems a bit much. Good location. Overall there’s other nice hotels we’ve enjoyed that are superior to this hotel and less expensive

Absolutely wonderful location and Hotel. We loved it here and we’ll definitely be back. Right across the street from the Boston Commons was extra special.

The staff was great. Arbon and the rest of the bellmen and front desk employees were very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Loved the Godfrey Hotel

Great location and facilities for a first time stay in Boston. Walking distance to Fenway for the baseball and to Boston Common going the other way. Subway stop within 20m if you don’t want to walk. Rooftop pool and bar are great too.
