The hotel was beautiful and the breakfast was great. My only complaint is that the bed had a huge dip in the middle which made it quite uncomfortable and the pillows were like 16” thick so we used no pillows .

I would never stay for more than 1 or 2 nights in such a small room. We were able to get a reasonable rate for a single night, so we got by with a room where you can't even walk around the bed. The breakfast was very good. And all of the staff were very helpful. They even let us store some food in the refrigerator overnight. The location was very convenient also.

Everything was very convenient! Between the location, the room, and the wonderful staff working there! This was hands down one of the best hotels we have stayed at! The tablet that controls all the functions in the room is a pretty sweet feature that we have yet to see in other places!! Will definitely be coming back in the future!

We would definitely stay here again. The location was great and we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and do. The staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations. Our room was small, but all we did was sleep there. We parked our car at a lot within walking distance to the hotel.

Hotel sold out by the time i arrived at the location, but they were accommodating and Ubered me for free to the Back Bag property for a night. Beds were super comfortable and room had pretty cool lighting controls and electronic curtains. Lobby amenities were very nice too—I had a nice meal at the bar and I made use of the water refill a lot. I’d love to stay again!

This is the third citizenm hotel we’ve stayed at this year and it was luckily exactly like the others. It’s in a fantastic part of town, close to the wharf, the train station, a beautiful park, restaurants and shops. The best part of the hotel is the staff. They are so friendly and accommodating. They always share great tips about the city. Breakfast and the gym were good, as usual. And our room was on a high floor with a view and incredibly quiet. The rooms are small but well thought out.

The staff was excellent but the room was tiny, to the point of being uncomfortable. You could barely fit our suitcases. We had a king size bed with only one side having access to the bathroom, without climbing over each other For nearly $400 a night it was bare bones and disappointing

This is our second stay at a Citizen M. We also stayed at the Miami location. Great hotels with a touch of minimalism. I like having a tablet to control all the room features. Would recommend this place. Also a good location in town and a good food court next door.
